Agi first came to London from Sweden where she grew up, to study fine art. Amongst the many fun, crazy and exciting things she discovered, yoga was the last thing she anticipated would play such a huge part of her life. The most exciting aspect of yoga was that there seemed to be a never ending ocean of different knowledge to immerse yourself in for the years and years to come!
Agi completed her 250h yoga teacher training with Fierce Grace in 2017. She continued to immerse herself in learning by practicing and exploring various forms of yoga and attending a broad array of workshops. Always eager to try new things and learn more, Agi’s self-practice is informed by many types of yoga, movement, meditation, breath work and by reading old and modern yoga text as well as the latest biomechanical sports research. She values the full scope that the yoga umbrella covers, and the power of the practice to energize and restore the body and mind.
Apart from teaching yoga, Agi is an artist. To Agi, being creative is a key aspect of teaching yoga. Her classes explore movement and flow, encouraging each person to be intuitive and look inwards. Agi emphasizes strength, freedom of movement and rejuvenating and energizing the body in her strong dynamic classes. A Brixton girl since 2003, Agi values community very highly.

Felix found Yoga at a time where he needed more balance in his life and the structure and discipline of Ashtanga really resonated with him. Vinyasa brought more freedom and playfulness to his practice. Eventually he discovered Rocket, which offered him the ideal combination of the two. He completed his first 200h Vinyasa foundation training in 2020, mainly to deepen his own practice.
Realizing how much he enjoyed teaching, he trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa with the Yoga People, with whom he has since also trained in Yin Yoga, continuing on his journey of balance. Felix’ style is mostly inspired by his teachers Imi Wiseman and Alan Ellman’s RocketBeats, who he completed a 5- day teacher training with. The practice helps him to slow down his mind and nourish his body. That reflects in his teaching, with his dynamic, challenging and fun sequences. Every-body is different and so is everyone’s practice, which is why every pose can look different depending on the student. Felix loves guiding students to get the most out of their time on the mat.

Gabi’s journey into yoga began in Canada in 2014. It began as a physical healing journey due to injury. But quickly became the biggest unlearning of her life. She describes it as learning how to be a body for the first time; how to move, how to breathe. Discovering the benefits and joys of strength, flexibility, and breath. After practicing habitually for many years she decided to do her teacher training in London in 2018. At first as a way to deepen her own practice, but quickly found a passion in helping others discover their own true potential through yoga. Gabi’s approach to teaching is dynamic, playful, and nurturing.

I started my movement journey in the rehearsal rooms of the Netherlands Dance Theatre. Surrounded by artists and passion from a young age, which then led me into acting.
I graduated from RADA in 2020 and now I continue working in film and tv.
I was introduced to Bikram when I was 13- discovering every hot room I could find, wherever I was in the world.
As a performer and lover of both the stage and film, I have always kept a rigorous practice of Yoga, Fitness and Dance. Staying in shape and strong - mentally and physically.
With Inferno Hot Pilates, I finally felt like I found a class that catered to what I was looking for: Strength, Stamina, Music and Discipline.
IHP became the training system that I now practice and teach most frequently with dedication and love.
My classes are for all in search for an all round effective mind-body workout. Full of spicy tunes and strengthening sequences, get ready to glow from the inside out!
Sophie originally trained in Musical Theatre at Arts Ed London and has appeared in many West End and touring productions.
She practised her first hot yoga class over 25yrs ago and immediately knew it was ‘for her’. As a keen long distance runner at the time she found it was a great way to stretch out, build strength, stamina and train without the impact of pavement running.
In 2014 she completed 9 weeks of Bikram yoga teacher training in Thailand and on completion was offered a 6month teaching appointment at Namaha Yoga Hyderabad, India.
Since 2014 Sophie has attended several teacher trainings gaining certification in Yin & Vinyasa Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates.
As a student Sophie is constantly learning and transforming through her yoga journey. What began as a purely physical practice has become so much more.
As a teacher Sophie encourages her students to get out of their heads into their bodies. To feel everything from the smallest tingle in their fingers to the strongest beat of their heart.
Sophie graduated from Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and worked as a professional dancer globally for 20 years. Having danced from such a young age, movement has always been a huge passion and as a result, she felt the urge to deepen her knowledge about the human function of movement and strength and decided to become a yoga teacher. She embarked on her yoga journey in 2010 and has enjoyed many different types of yoga classes which have helped build a strong and well-informed practice.
Sophie completed her first teacher training in 2018 and progressed to full 250 hour trained teacher in 2019. Sophie has steadily developed her teaching style at various studios in London.
Sophie is also qualified to teach pregnancy yoga and gained her qualification with Nadia Narain one of the founders of pregnancy classes in London, she also teaches children and teen yoga gaining her qualification from Children’s Yoga Tree UK. Her favourite class is Vinyasa Flow.
Her classes are positive and encouraging with a strong focus on alignment and strength all classes are accompanied by a well thought out playlist.
Sophie’s classes are totally inclusive and are always fun and empowering.
Tristan has always liked to move. When he discovered yoga, moving became a practice and a passion. Learning is another passion of his, so it felt natural to then teach. Teaching is a passion in which it is necessary to always be a student; he enjoys the symmetry in that
Tristan keeps things lighthearted and clear. His sequences are energetic and creative flows designed to give you a better understanding of the possibilities, range, and expressions of moving your body. His classes are a balance of dynamic and restorative moving patterns that emphasize traditional postures , mobility, strength, and the importance of developing an intuitive moving relationship with your own mind, and breath.
In 2017, Tristan completed his 200h teacher training and has continued his research with several mini-trainings and workshops. Tristan's own practice is varied, inquisitive and always evolving.
